These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Prompt2Prints ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the user ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing, using, or creating an account on the Prompt2Prints website and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

SERVICES DESCRIPTION
Prompt2Prints provides an advanced creative toolkit that enables Users to:
- Generate AI-created artwork from text prompts ("Generated Content")
- Enhance existing images using AI tools
- Upscale images to increase resolution and clarity
- Edit images using inpainting technology to refine AI-generated or existing artwork
- Preview artwork in realistic frame mockups
- Download, or prepare the Generated Artwork for print

USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
3.1 Account Types
Prompt2Prints offers three account types:
Guest Account
- 5 guest credits
- No account creation required
- Access to all AI tools with limitations
Free Account
- Account created by user registration
- 25 signup credits
- No automatic monthly credit refills
- Can save up to 25 images in personal library
- Limited to 10 downloads per month
- Standard canvas pricing and shipping
- 20 bonus credits per completed print order
Creator Plus Subscription
- Premium monthly subscription at $9.99/month
- 80 credits per month, automatically added each billing cycle
- Credits roll over month-to-month and never expire
- Can save 50 images in the personal library
- Unlimited downloads per month
- Discounted canvas pricing on all orders
- Priority shipping on all orders
- 40 bonus credits per completed print order
- Automatic renewal each billing cycle until cancelled
3.2 Account Creation and Eligibility
To access certain features of the Platform, you may create a Free or Creator Plus account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental or legal guardian consent. Users under 13 are prohibited from using the Platform in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
3.3 Account Responsibility
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and complete information during registration
- Immediately notify Company of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials

CREDIT SYSTEM RULES
4.1 Credit Overview
One (1) credit equals one (1) AI operation, which includes:
- One text-to-image generation
- One image edit, stylize, or upscale operation
- One image enhancement or modification
4.2 How Credits Are Obtained
Credits can be obtained in three ways:
Free Credits
- 5 guest credits per session (no account required)
- 25 bonus credits upon Free Account signup
- No Free Account receives automatic monthly credit refills
Paid Credit Packs (Available to Free Accounts and Creator Plus)
- Starter Pack: 30 credits for $4.99
- Standard Pack: 80 credits for $9.99
- Pro Pack: 200 credits for $19.99
- Credit packs are non-refundable
- Credits from paid packs do not expire
Subscription and Bonus Credits
- Creator Plus: 80 credits automatically added each billing cycle
- Bonus Credits: 20 credits awarded per print order (Free Account) or 40 credits per print order (Creator Plus)
- Bonus credits apply to every completed print order
- Bonus credits are added to the existing account balance immediately upon order completion
4.3 Credit Usage and Expiration
- Guest credits expire when used
- Free Account credits never expire for the lifetime of the account until used
- Creator Plus credits roll over month-to-month and never expire
- If a user cancels their Creator Plus subscription, existing credits remain on the account
- Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts
- Credits cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or converted to any other form of value
4.4 Image Library and Download Limits
Free Account
- Maximum 25 saved images in personal library
- Maximum 10 downloads per month
- Downloads reset monthly.
Creator Plus
- Maximum 50 saved images in personal library
- Unlimited downloads per month
- No download restrictions

5.1 Subscription Pricing
Creator Plus Subscription
- Monthly cost: $9.99 USD
- Billing occurs on the same date each month
- Subscription automatically renews until canceled
Credit Packs
- Starter Pack: 30 credits for $4.99 USD
- Standard Pack: 80 credits for $9.99 USD
- Pro Pack: 200 credits for $19.99 USD
- Prices subject to change with notice
5.2 Canvas Pricing
Standard Pricing (Free Accounts)
- Canvas prices set at standard retail rates
- No discounts or special pricing applied
Discounted Pricing (Creator Plus)
- Subscriber pricing on all canvas orders
- Discount applies at checkout for Creator Plus members
- Discount is applied only while the subscription is active
5.3 Shipping
Standard Shipping (Free Accounts and Guests)
- Normal processing and delivery times apply
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
Priority Shipping (Creator Plus)
- Faster processing and delivery
- Priority flag applied to Creator Plus orders
- Priority shipping available only while subscription is active
5.4 Bonus Credits
- 20 bonus credits awarded per completed print order (Free Accounts)
- 40 bonus credits awarded per completed print order (Creator Plus)
- Bonus credits are awarded on every print order, regardless of image source
- Bonus credits apply even if the artwork was uploaded by user (not AI-generated)
- Bonus credits are non-refundable

CANCELLATION RULES
6.1 Cancellation Policy for Creator Plus
Creator Plus subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.
6.2 What Happens Upon Cancellation
Existing Credits
- All existing credits in the account remain in the account
- Credits are not forfeited upon cancellation
- User may continue using remaining credits under Free Account terms
Monthly Credit Refills
- Monthly subscription credits stop being added immediately upon cancellation
- User will not receive future monthly credit allocations
Subscriber Perks and Benefits
- Discounted canvas pricing is lost going forward
- Priority shipping benefits are lost going forward
- Bonus credit rate reverts to Free Account level (20 credits per order instead of 40)
- 10 downloads per month limit re-applies if the user is a Free Account
- Image library size is reduced to 25 images maximum (50 limit is removed)
6.3 Resubscription
- Users may resubscribe to Creator Plus at any time
- Previously retained credits remain on the account and count toward the user's balance
- Upon resubscription, monthly credits and all subscriber benefits resume immediately
6.4 Refund Policy
- Subscription fees for partial billing cycles are not refunded
- No refunds are provided for unused credits (free, paid packs, or subscription credits)
6.5 Free Account Cancellation
- Free Accounts do not require cancellation
- Free Accounts remain active indefinitely
- Account can be deleted by user request, which results in permanent loss of saved images and remaining credits

RESTRICTED USES OF GENERATED CONTENT
You agree NOT to use Generated Content to:
- Misrepresent Generated Content as human-created or original artwork
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, personality rights, or publicity rights of any third party
- Generate content that replicates the distinctive visual style, identity, or likeness of a known artist without proper attribution or authorization
- Create content depicting real, named individuals without consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Defame, harass, threaten, or endanger any individual or group
- Generate content for illegal purposes or activities

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
8.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the Platform to
Illegal or Harmful Content
- Generate, share, or distribute content depicting violence, illegal activities, or harm to persons or animals
- Create content intended to exploit, abuse, or endanger minors in any way
- Produce content that violates local, state, national, or international laws
Deceptive Practices
- Misrepresent the origin, authorship, or nature of Generated Content
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim affiliation
- Create deepfakes or manipulated media designed to deceive
- Generate content intended to defraud or financially exploit others
Intellectual Property Infringement
- Generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
- Use the Platform to generate content that closely copies existing protected artwork
- Replicate an artist's distinctive style to market Generated Content as authentic artwork by that artist
Hateful and Discriminatory Content
- Create content promoting discrimination, hatred, or violence based on protected characteristics
- Generate content that demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected status
Privacy Violations
- Generate or share content depicting real individuals without consent
- Create manipulated images of real people for defamation or harassment
- Use the Platform to collect, generate, or exploit personal information
Technical Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or user accounts
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to scrape, download, or extract data (except as expressly permitted)
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its servers
- Launch denial-of-service attacks or other cyber attacks

THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND CONTENT
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, and content not operated by Company. The company is not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content
- Viruses, malware, or security issues on third-party sites
- The terms, policies, or practices of third-party services
Your use of third-party links and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING
10.1 Subscription Plans
If you subscribe to Creator Plus or purchase credit packs, you agree to:
- Pay all fees according to the plan or pack you select
- Provide accurate, current billing information
- Authorize the Company to charge your payment method
- Remain responsible for all charges incurred under your account
10.2 Billing Cycle and Renewal
Creator Plus subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You will be charged $9.99 USD according to your selected monthly plan.
Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
- You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect immediately; no prorated refunds are provided
- Existing credits remain on account after cancellation
Failed Payments
- If payment fails, your subscription may be suspended pending payment
- Multiple failed payment attempts may result in account suspension or termination

DATA COLLECTION AND USE
The Company collects data to operate, improve, and provide the Platform, as detailed in the separate Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

- Viruses, malware, or security issues on third-party sites
- The terms, policies, or practices of third-party services
Your use of third-party links and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES AND TERMS
12.1 Service Changes
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any features at any time without notice. The company is not liable to you for any loss arising from modifications or discontinuation.
12.2 Terms Changes
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
