1. USER RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS

   You must own the rights to any image, artwork, or content you upload, generate, or submit for printing, or have obtained permission from the rights holder to use it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce and print the submitted content.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

   The following content is strictly prohibited on Prompt2Prints:

   • Copyrighted characters from movies, games, TV shows, comics, or books
   • Registered trademarks, logos, brand names, or wordmarks
   • Celebrity images or likenesses used without permission
   • Unlicensed fan art based on protected characters or franchises
   • Any content that infringes copyright, trademark, or publicity rights

3. ORDER REVIEW AND CANCELLATION

   Prompt2Prints may review submitted artwork before printing. If an order is found to violate this Content Policy, we may cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.

4. REPEAT VIOLATIONS

   Users who repeatedly submit infringing or prohibited content may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned from using the Platform.

5. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

   If you believe content created or printed through Prompt2Prints infringes your rights, please contact us with details so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
