Intellectual Property (IP) Complaints Policy

Prompt2Prints (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Prompt2Prints to do the same. This IP Complaints Policy explains how intellectual property concerns can be reported and how we handle such complaints

  1. Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

    We prohibit the use of our platform to create, upload, generate, sell, or distribute content  that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

    By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that:

    • You own the content you upload or generate, or
    • You have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use such content.
    • Your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
    • You are legally authorized to use any trademarks, logos, brand names, or copyrighted materials included in your content.

    If you are unsure whether you have the rights to use certain content, you must not upload or submit it.

  2. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

    If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed through content available on Prompt2Prints, please send a written notice to:

    To help us process your complaint efficiently, your notice must include:

    1. Your full name and contact details (email address and phone number).

    2. Your relationship to the intellectual property
    (e.g., copyright owner, trademark owner, authorized representative).

    3. Identification of the intellectual property being infringed

    • Provide a description of the protected work.
    • Include registration details if available.

    4. Links, screenshots, or images of the allegedly infringing content

    • Include direct URLs to the specific product or page.

    5. Order number (if applicable)

    • If the complaint relates to a purchased product, include the order number.

    6. A Good Faith Statement, confirming:

    • You have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the IP owner, its agent, or the law.
    • The information provided is accurate.
    • You are the IP owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

    7. Your physical or electronic signature

    (Typing your full legal name is sufficient.)

    Incomplete notices may delay processing.

  3. How We Handle Complaints

    Upon receiving a valid IP complaint, we may:

    • Temporarily disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
    • Remove the content from our platform.
    • Notify the user responsible for the content.
    • Request additional information from either party.
    • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement.

    We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion.

    Please note that we may share your complaint details with the user who uploaded the allegedly infringing content, excluding sensitive personal information where appropriate.

  4. Counter-Notification Process

    If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to:

    Your counter-notice must include:

    • Your name and contact details.
    • The URL of the removed content.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
    • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of applicable courts.
    • Your physical or electronic signature.

    If the original complainant does not initiate legal action within a reasonable period after receiving the counter-notice, we may restore the content at our discretion.

  5. Repeat Infringers

    Accounts that are subject to multiple IP complaints may be:

    • Temporarily suspended
    • Permanently terminated
    • Restricted from future use of the platform

    Prompt2Prints reserves the right to refuse service to users found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

  6. Important Legal Notice

    Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences. If you are unsure whether your rights have been infringed, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney before filing a complaint.
