If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return request, email us at:

- Clear photos of the product
- Description of the issue
(Photos are mandatory to validate claims.)

Eligible Return Reasons
We accept return or replacement requests only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Product has manufacturing defects
- You received the wrong item

Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is custom-created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect image upload by customer
- Wrong size selection
- Color variations caused by screen differences
- Personalized or custom-photo products

Damaged Product Policy (Photo Required)
If your product arrives damaged:
- Email us within 14 days of delivery
- Attach clear images of the damaged product
- Attach images of outer packaging
Once verified, we will reprint or replace your order at no additional cost.

Refund Processing
If your return request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7โ10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary

All Prompt2Print products are made-to-order and produced only after your order is placed. Because of this, items cannot be resold, which is why returns are limited strictly to defects or damage cases.
