At Prompt2Print, every product is crafted especially for you. Since our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we follow a fair and transparent return policy aligned with leading custom print brands.

  1. 14-Day Return

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

    To initiate a return request, email us at:

    Please include:

    • Order Number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • Description of the issue

    (Photos are mandatory to validate claims.)

  2. Eligible Return Reasons

    We accept return or replacement requests only if:

    • Product is damaged during transit
    • Product has manufacturing defects
    • You received the wrong item

  3. Non-Returnable Items

    Because each product is custom-created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect image upload by customer
    • Wrong size selection
    • Color variations caused by screen differences
    • Personalized or custom-photo products

  4. Damaged Product Policy (Photo Required)

    If your product arrives damaged:

    • Email us within 14 days of delivery
    • Attach clear images of the damaged product
    • Attach images of outer packaging

    Once verified, we will reprint or replace your order at no additional cost.

  5. Refund Processing

    If your return request is approved:

    • Refunds are processed within 7โ€“10 business days
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • Bank processing times may vary

  6. Custom & Print-On-Demand Disclaimer

    All Prompt2Print products are made-to-order and produced only after your order is placed. Because of this, items cannot be resold, which is why returns are limited strictly to defects or damage cases.
